The
5 Internal organs are Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs, Kidneys; Green,
Red, Yellow, White, Black. During the Qigong phase, different variations
of lights may appear which look similar to the Northern Lights. In the
Wuzhen Pian, it mentions Wu Gan, a black background with blue lights.
Blue usually appears after the above colours have run their course.
After
the Qi in the 5 organs reaches the stage of Wu Gan, the Qi starts to to
move towards the heart, clearing the Yin in the heart. In the process
of doing so, drowsiness happens. If one has sufficient awareness, one is
able to feel the transition between the state of hallucination and
drowsiness, and at that point, he will be able to open the 2nd stage of
the Secret Door, allowing the Primordial Spirit to appear. When the
Primordial Spirit first appears, it is not fully awake and will require
more time for it to surface fully. Such a state is also known as the
Second to Fourth Jhanas in Buddhist terminology. A point to note would
be the Primordial Spirit cannot be willed out but rather through the
process of clearing and allowing, it surfaces. Any attempt to interfere
will prevent it from surfacing. This process of Qi moving from the 5
organs to the heart, or from lights to drowsiness, can be termed 5 Qi
moving towards Primordial Spirit.
In the
process of 5 Qi moving towards Primordial Spirit, Awareness is of utmost
importance. Without awareness, one would not be open the 2nd stage
Secret Door. Thus the importance of training Xing and Ming. If we do not
cultivate this awareness in daily life, we will remain unaware during
the stage of drowsiness or hallucination, unable to see beyond the
situation. The 2 main pitfalls at this point are the Hallucination state
or Dream state, and the Drowsiness state. The Hallucination or Dream
state is when one starts to have visions, see things, have apparently
supernatural abilities, etc etc. All these are just tricks of the mind,
during the process of clearing. No different from thoughts. The
Drowsiness state is when one has no awareness and is just sitting there,
falling asleep. While this state has its purpose, one should aim to
develop one’s awareness and gradually pass through this phase. And no,
this is not a state of “Emptiness”.
Many people
get stuck because of the lack of awareness in daily life. Lack of
awareness of our habits and thoughts. The cultivating of awareness can
also be known as training Xing. Most are just focused on Qi, the body,
also known as training Ming. Hence many hit a plateau and progress no
further. If your teacher doesn’t teach you how to be aware but merely Qi
cultivation techniques, then he is at best a Qigong teacher, not a
Taoist teacher. The correct teacher plays an important role in guiding
the student to hone his awareness, so that he may progress and see his
own true nature, not just gaining more and more Qi.
The
last pitfall would be fixating one’s attention on only the breath, the
feeling of Qi or the microcosmic orbit. This manner of training is
counterproductive and traps one forever at the stage of just circulating
Qi at the surface level, not even going into the 5 internal organs.
五氣朝元,三花聚頂
五,五臟之氣,肝心脾肺腎,青赤黃白黑,我們在鉛氣光感階段,會出現各色光,如同北極光一般的質感,在悟真篇裡稱為烏肝,取其最後為黑色背景,藍色光的特質,藍光是所有光色出完之後,最後要轉變成其他層級的最長出現的光色,所謂爐火純青。所以五氣,指的就是這個階段。
朝元,朝,朝向。元,元神。五氣最後到了烏肝之後,就開始逐漸入心,入心清濁陰,開始產生昏久自昭明的現象,如果此人有高度覺性,則可以在昏與幻之間,覺性霎那而生,開始打開第二層次的玄關竅,讓元神顯現。
剛開始的元神顯現,不是那麼清楚,處於識神隱,元神尚未完全覺醒,但是已經逐漸覺醒的狀態,此時為二禪到四禪之間的過渡。
這個過程,從五氣,各色光,轉換到入心,元神顯,這樣一個過程,就是五氣朝元。
元神顯的過程中,如果陰化盡到一個程度,就會陽生,第一種陽生,沒什麼特別,就是回到原來的陽。第二種陽生,比較特別,會短暫出現虛空境的內景,曼陀羅,蓮花,幾何立體,都是以光的形式出現,練到這個狀態的陽生,就已經相當不容易了。第三種陽生,已經達到空無邊處定,虛空定,此時就進入下一個更高段的內景,聖胎,也就是三花聚頂。
一旦達到三花聚頂,就立刻產生圓月,有的人氣強,圓月則發黃光,有的人氣弱,圓月則發皎潔白光。
但此時,被搬運法誤用,將兔髓與圓月混為一談,依照我所見,幾乎所有的人,都是將兔髓誤認為圓月。
因為兔髓會不斷地重複出現,圓月出現的次數很少,沒幾次,就進入真人階段了。目前練到這裡的人數,非常的少,五隻手指頭,都還數不過來。
路就在這裡,各位要走真路,還是自欺欺人,走假路,自己看著吧。
回頭再說五氣朝元的過程中,覺性,占了高度因素,沒有覺性的人,是無法在五氣的過程中,找到朝元之路而打開玄關竅的第二個層次,因此,性命雙修在這裡站了非常重要的部分,在日常生活當中,沒有培養覺性,自然在五氣之後的昏與幻當中,就無法產生覺性,也因此,會卡在幻覺,或者昏沈境當中。
這邊有兩大陷阱,第一個是幻境,以幻為真,把幻境當成出神的人,大有人在,這裡我看到許多人困在這個地方,甚至認為自己產生出神的超能力,有的還因此收費教學,著實荒謬可笑。
第二個就是昏沈境,這個昏沈境,是一種沒有覺性的昏沈境,我也看到許多人,甚至有許多收費的,收函授學費的『大師』,卡在這個昏沈境,卻用一些巧妙的名詞,把這個昏沈境,形容得非常的高大上,讓許多啥都不懂的新手,誤以為這個昏沈境就是『虛無』,請各位注意我使用『虛無』這個名詞,所以喜歡丹道的朋友,你要注意,網路上誰用了『虛無』這個字眼,你就得小心他,是不是卡在昏沈境,無法自拔,還以錯路待人,誤人子弟,你想一下,你是否願意當那個被『誤』的人?
此兩大陷阱,卡了非常多的人,主要原因就是沒有在日常生活中,培養覺性,沒有把培養覺性,當成一種習慣,只是單純的練氣功,再加上搬運法的種種錯誤觀念的引導,就從此陷入此二者,昏與幻的絕境,可能數十年,直到死,都無法離開。
為什麼練丹道一定要性命雙修,為什麼一定要過來人帶路,帶的是什麼?練氣的技術?不是的,帶的就是這個見到本來面目的覺性,因為在五氣朝元的路上,昏與幻,兩大陷阱之中,如何覺醒,開啓玄關竅,靠的就是見本來面目的覺性,沒有此覺性,是打不開的。
所以各位煉丹人士,你找的老師,如果完全不教你見本來面目,完全不教你如何練習覺性,我勸你,早早離開這位老師,因為他不是丹道老師,他就是一個氣功老師,如果他自稱丹道老師,卻不教你培養覺性,那他要嘛就是一個騙子,因為他沒練到卻謊稱練到了,要嘛就是無知又盲目,不管哪個理由,說謊或是無知,都不足以讓你去跟隨這樣的老師。
真正的丹道老師,一定是性命雙修,性功最重要的,就是覺,見本來面目的能力。各位可以用這一點,來鑒別真師與假師的區別。
另外一條陷阱,比五氣朝元過程中的兩大陷阱,昏與幻,比這兩個更低級的陷阱,就是刻意貶低五氣五色光的重要性,並且將注意力刻意擺放在呼吸,與繞行任督小周天,這樣的練法,不要說朝元了,連五氣都產生不了,一輩子卡在繞行小周天的陷阱當中,解脫不了。
現在最流行的搬運法,就是這樣練,有許多人就靠這樣一個簡單的方法,收費動輒三萬五萬,許多人花了大錢,以為學到運轉小周天的祕法,實則被卡在一個極大的陷阱當中,不得解脫,慘啊。
