不斷的告訴自己放鬆的重要,就能放鬆嗎?
沒辦法的。
真正的放鬆,存在於陰陽平衡當中。
舉例來說,一個人坐了一整天,你還叫他打坐,他能放鬆嗎?肯定不行的,這時候他得動一動,做些運動,強度,分量,都得達到一定的程度,之後他才能感到真正的放鬆,你要他一直坐著,然後一直跟他灌輸放鬆的重要性,他心裡也知道放鬆很重要啊,可是他就是放鬆不了,為什麼?
因為他沒有符合陰陽平衡。
同樣的,一個動了很久的人,突然可以坐下來,就會感到一股放鬆。
所以放鬆,不是用大腦理智可以去說服自己的,而是必須存在於陰陽平衡當中。
因此,練功的時候,當然松靜自然很重要,但是更重要的是順隨陰陽的氣機,身體會告訴我們,這時候該動,或是該靜,身體都會釋放明確的訊息的,因此我們必須理解,真正的放鬆,不是告訴自己放鬆是什麼,而是順隨陰陽的變化,才可以達到真正的放鬆。
True Relaxation
Would
continually telling oneself to relax allow one to relax? Not a chance.
True relaxation occurs when one has balanced Yin and Yang.
For
example, if a person has been sitting all day at work, if you ask him
to continue sitting and meditate, would he be able to relax? Most
probably not. At this point, he needs movement. Only after moving for a
certain duration and intensity would he feel a sense of relaxation. The
choice of movement is determined by the preference of the individual. On
the contrary, if you were to make him sit and keep telling him to
relax, even though he wants to relax, he will not be able to. Simply
because he hasn’t balanced Yin and Yang.
On the
other hand, if a person has been moving for a long time, he would find
it easy to sit and relax. Hence we can see that relaxation isn’t
something that we tell ourselves, but occurs naturally as we balance Yin
and Yang.
During our practice, while
maintaining a relaxed attitude is important, it is more important to
follow the flow of Yin and Yang in the body. When the body tells us to
move, we move. When the body tells us to rest, we rest. Thus, by
understanding and following this flow of Yin and Yang, movement and
rest, will we achieve true relaxation. True relaxation is as simple as
following the cycle of Yin and Yang in the body, and not a form of self
affirmation.
